Yes, you can switch back to a physical SIM if your device supports it. You'll need to visit Infimobile Services to request a new physical SIM card.
You can switch from eSIM to a physical SIM in My Account by selecting the SIM Replacement option, and then clicking on the eSIM to Physical SIM option.
Choose whether you want to use the same device or a new device.
If you select the "same device", enter your IMEI number to check device compatibility and provide your reason, then choose 'yes' or 'no' for replacement
-> If you select the "New device" enter your IMEI number to check device compatibility and provide your reason, then choose 'yes' or 'no' for replacement
If you select 'Yes',enter your valid ICCID number & Activation code and click on the 'Change SIM Card' button.
If you select 'No,' enter the required details to order a new SIM card, then click the 'Order SIM Card' button.
